Delivery and payment conditions

Minimum of order: € 250,–

Delivery is always ex works, Versmold, Germany.

*** Due to logistic reasons, calculation of the freight costs will be done after submission of your order.

Claims can be processed only within 8 days after receipt of the merchandise.

Return deliveries will be accepted only after prior consulation and must be properly postage-paid.

Shipments: when the customer has not given any shipping instructions, we always ship the fastest, but most economical way. The freight charges are billed to the customer‘s account. Freight charges are depending on volume and weight of the delivery. (Freight charges are billed at prime costs.)

Payment: the goods will always be invoiced in Euro (€).

We accept payments by wire transfer, wise.com, PayPal (5% fee), cheques in Euro currency.

Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by credit card since the processing time required by the financial institutions is often very long.

We reserve the right to amend the price, change material and withdraw from sale.
